(formerly Bacon) – Burbank, CA
Bear was at the North Central Shelter and wasn’t being walked enough. He was holding his urine until he would burst. He had bloody urine because he didn’t want to go inside his kennel. He was to be euthanized soon because of his health and age. He’s a senior and I did not want him to die on a cold, cement floor in a shelter. An amazing family agreed to foster Bear and I’m pleased to say, it has become a “foster fail”. GGF paid for his vet bills and his therapeutic bed. His adoptive mom Shelagh, said, “He is a total sweetheart and is the best dog to come home to. We love him so much”. Bear has two fur siblings and a forever family to call his own for the rest of his days.
